Tiny moose calf = Cute! [VIDEO]

by Kim

If you like little fur babies then I couldn’t recommend a better place to visit than Alaska in the Spring. I’m amazed at not only all of the wildlife we’ve seen, but all of the babies, too.

It started off with the baby calf and her mama who first visited us in late May.

I’m no expert, but that adorable little thing was so tiny, I’d guess it was pretty newly born. It was super wobbly and unsure of itself.

We didn’t know if this was the only time we’d see them or not, so we watched them until they moved into our neighbor’s yard. We were sad to see them go but so happy we saw them at all.

Back Again & Captured on Video!

Then just last week we had the good fortune of the moose & calf visiting again. They stayed awhile, so I was able to capture a video with my iPhone.

I’m still quite amazed at how great the quality is. It’s not professional, but who knew it’d be so easy to capture a video on a tiny little phone?

Anyway, these two stayed awhile and we really enjoyed the company.
